Assembles digital and scanned images, performs color correction and image retouching, previews files for accuracy, troubleshoots production issues, and builds components from established procedures. The role ensures content and production quality while managing multiple high-priority projects under accelerated timelines. It requires familiarity with prepress, printing, publishing file architecture, four-color process, PostScript ripping and trapping, and Adobe Creative Suite applications.

Performs general accounting for subsidiary and related entities, including journal entries, month-end close support, general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, cash management, and audit work papers. Maintains accurate financial records using QuickBooks and analyzes financial data. Requires strong accounting, reconciliation, analytical, organizational, communication, and Excel skills, with the ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Supports sports marketing campaigns across advertising, sponsorships, events, promotions, social media, influencer marketing, content, and product launches. Coordinates creative assets, contests, sweepstakes, trade shows, community outreach, legal approvals, promotional inventory, and sponsorship execution. Maintains project timelines, evaluates campaign ROI, develops content featuring athletes and products, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners.
