Lead and develop a BDR team responsible for outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and pipeline generation across SMB, midmarket, enterprise, and existing customer accounts. Own team quota, coaching, hiring, onboarding, performance management, playbooks, Salesforce processes, AI-enabled sales execution, and reporting. Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve qualification standards, seller-accepted opportunities, meeting conversion, and pipeline quality.

Manage a portfolio of medium-touch SaaS accounts by driving product adoption, customer value, renewals, retention, and expansion. Monitor account health and churn risks, conduct outreach, deliver product training, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Professional Services, and Product teams. Use AI tools to improve customer lifecycle execution and promote adoption of AI capabilities. The role is hybrid, with weekly office attendance and quarterly customer travel.

Leads revenue operations strategy, analytics, and AI infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Owns funnel inspection, pipeline quality, conversion, retention, expansion, forecasting, capacity planning, GTM performance reporting, and data governance. Builds AI-driven workflows for prioritization, risk detection, and automated reporting while managing RevOps staff and partnering with GTM Engineering and functional leaders.
