Lead the Product Design function to define UX vision, processes, and design systems across web, mobile, IIoT, and AI-powered workflows. Conduct customer research, create prototypes and high-fidelity designs, partner with Product and Engineering to deliver enterprise SaaS features, and mentor and hire designers to build a high-performing team.
