The Senior Financial Crimes Analyst investigates financial crimes, reviews customer activity, files SARs, tracks trends, and ensures compliance with AML and CTF regulations.

Design, build, and iterate agentic orchestration systems and pipelines that enable AI agents to participate in code generation, testing, review, and deployment. Implement feedback loops, guardrails, monitoring, and developer tooling to ensure quality, security, and compliance in a regulated fintech environment while improving engineering velocity.

Lead Uphold's launch and expansion across the Nordics, owning regional P&L, go-to-market strategy, regulatory engagement, partnerships, growth and brand development. Build a lean regional team, localise product and marketing, ensure MiCA and country-level compliance, and act as the senior public/regulatory representative while optimising acquisition, retention, and commercial performance.
