Build backtesting and market simulation frameworks, collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers, manage real-time strategy configuration and tuning, and analyze performance and market data to identify improvements and alpha opportunities.

Build and maintain agentic orchestration systems and pipelines that enable AI agents to participate across code generation, testing, review, and deployment. Design feedback loops, guardrails, and quality gates for regulated fintech. Develop internal tooling, run experiments to improve engineering throughput, integrate AI models and agent frameworks, and instrument systems for reliability, security, and compliance.
