The Quality Assurance Analyst supports software quality throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, designing and executing manual and exploratory tests, writing test cases, documenting defects, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams, and contributing to test automation. The role also helps improve QA policies, procedures, and automation frameworks while ensuring products meet requirements, function reliably, and provide a strong user experience.

The Senior Accountant owns month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial statement analysis, and GAAP compliance. The role supports audits, prepares management and audit schedules, improves accounting processes and internal controls, assists with accounting policy implementation, and provides ad hoc reporting and analysis. This position partners with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing fintech environment and reports to the Controller.

Own Uphold’s public relations and communications function, including media strategy, executive visibility, press releases, thought leadership, crisis response, and regulatory communications. Build relationships with crypto, fintech, and financial media while advising leadership on positioning and risk. Coordinate messaging across Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Product, and manage multiple fast-moving initiatives in a volatile industry environment.
