Act as the technical lead for pre-sales: design cloud-native and hybrid solutions, run technical discovery and PoCs, advocate for data sovereignty and security, present at events, respond to RFPs, and relay product feedback to engineering.

Design and implement automated lifecycle email journeys in HubSpot, analyze product and user behavior to identify growth triggers, optimize PLG land-and-expand funnels, build dynamic customer experiences with data and CX teams, and directly execute flows measured by customer growth metrics.

Join UpCloud’s core team to develop and improve their cloud compute and storage stack. Work on VM provisioning, compute features (CPU/GPU), backend services, internal integrations, APIs, and distributed microservices for a large-scale cloud platform.

Maintain and develop production virtualization and storage infrastructure, perform daily operational tasks (change/incident management), travel to data centers for hardware installation and maintenance (up to 25%), support customer and internal technical questions, and participate in on-call rotations.
