Build and improve dashboards, metrics, and analyses for teams across the company. Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, standardize KPI definitions, simplify dashboards, and improve reporting consistency and usability. Explore data to support business decisions and collaborate with the data team. Over time, take greater ownership of BI tools, standards, and the broader analytics environment.

Own the Partnerships roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and lead partnership-focused product development. Analyze market trends, competitors, customer data, and needs to identify opportunities and shape commercial strategy. Build scalable partner processes, improve onboarding, nurture existing relationships, develop new partnerships, and collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and software engineering teams.

Create and oversee visual marketing assets across digital channels, sales enablement, presentations, events, print, and paid and organic campaigns. Produce and edit developer-focused YouTube video content, evolve UpCloud’s brand identity, and develop distinctive visual concepts for the cloud industry. The role requires strong marketing graphics, branding, visual storytelling, and communication skills for technical audiences, along with collaborative, proactive design leadership.

Design and implement automated lifecycle email journeys in HubSpot, analyze product and user behavior to identify growth triggers, optimize PLG land-and-expand funnels, build dynamic customer experiences with data and CX teams, and directly execute flows measured by customer growth metrics.

Act as the technical lead for pre-sales: design cloud-native and hybrid solutions, run technical discovery and PoCs, advocate for data sovereignty and security, present at events, respond to RFPs, and relay product feedback to engineering.

Join UpCloud’s core team to develop and improve their cloud compute and storage stack. Work on VM provisioning, compute features (CPU/GPU), backend services, internal integrations, APIs, and distributed microservices for a large-scale cloud platform.

Design, build, and maintain production, QA, and development infrastructure; support dev teams, automate operations, improve monitoring, manage change and upkeep cloud services including Kubernetes and virtualization.
