Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, standardize KPI definitions, simplify dashboards, and improve reporting consistency and usability. Explore data to support business decisions and collaborate with the data team. Over time, take greater ownership of BI tools, standards, and the broader analytics environment.

Own the Partnerships roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and lead partnership-focused product development. Analyze market trends, competitors, customer data, and needs to identify opportunities and shape commercial strategy. Build scalable partner processes, improve onboarding, nurture existing relationships, develop new partnerships, and collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and software engineering teams.

Create and oversee visual marketing assets across digital channels, sales enablement, presentations, events, print, and paid and organic campaigns. Produce and edit developer-focused YouTube video content, evolve UpCloud’s brand identity, and develop distinctive visual concepts for the cloud industry. The role requires strong marketing graphics, branding, visual storytelling, and communication skills for technical audiences, along with collaborative, proactive design leadership.
