Administers Upchurch’s Sales Excellence operating system by coordinating commercial workplans, forecasts, account planning, sales resources, meetings, dashboards, action tracking, and cross-functional follow-up. The role reconciles CRM, ERP, finance, and reporting data; supports strategic-account and cross-selling programs; maintains enablement materials; and recommends workflow improvements. It enables commercial leaders and sellers through reliable information, consistent processes, performance visibility, and accountability, without independently setting sales strategy or targets.

Serves as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, technicians, and visitors. Responsibilities include answering and routing calls, documenting follow-up needs, processing and monitoring purchase orders, verifying vendor and pricing information, maintaining records, and supporting administrative, billing, scheduling, and field-service activities.

Develop and close service-project work by performing site assessments, developing scopes and proposals for equipment, controls, and energy upgrades, managing pricing/margins and forecasts, securing POs, coordinating permits/submittals, updating CRM, and handing projects off to field PMs/foremen.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large mechanical construction projects. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and teams. Coordinate design, procurement, safety, and field operations. Mentor project staff, drive process improvements, and maintain client relationships across HVAC, plumbing, and piping scopes.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. Track schedules, costs, POs, change orders, RFIs, and submittals. Coordinate with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients. Maintain project documentation, manage drawing revisions, assist with manpower/material logistics, support safety/compliance, and update project systems (BuildOps, Procore, ERP).
