The Project Safety Coordinator manages safety compliance on an active construction site. Responsibilities include identifying hazards, conducting inspections and audits, investigating incidents, implementing corrective actions, delivering safety training, maintaining documentation, ensuring OSHA compliance, and managing workers’ compensation cases. The role collaborates with project leadership, general contractors, owner representatives, and corporate safety teams while supporting pre-task plans, methods of procedure, lift plans, and broader company safety initiatives.

Oversee multiple complex mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, staffing, contracts, change orders, billing, risk, and client relationships. Lead project teams, coordinate with field and safety leadership, resolve design and logistics issues, and support Lean construction, prefabrication, hiring, and talent development. Projects primarily involve HVAC, plumbing, and process piping in commercial or industrial settings.

Supports construction project teams with administrative tasks, document and record review, project meetings, material and schedule tracking, field and office activities, and construction technology. The intern gains exposure to project management, estimating, safety, field operations, and commercial construction processes while following site safety requirements.

Leads commercial mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. Responsibilities include developing budgets and schedules, managing procurement and subcontractors, monitoring financials and profitability, coordinating field teams, handling submittals, RFIs and change orders, maintaining client relationships, enforcing safety and code compliance, mentoring project staff, and ensuring complete project turnover. The role manages HVAC, plumbing, and process piping scopes and requires travel to jobsites up to 50% of the time.

Develop and close service-project work by performing site assessments, developing scopes and proposals for equipment, controls, and energy upgrades, managing pricing/margins and forecasts, securing POs, coordinating permits/submittals, updating CRM, and handing projects off to field PMs/foremen.

Drive revenue by developing and closing energy services and performance contracting projects for K-12, higher education, and local government clients in Texas. Build pipelines, conduct needs assessments and facility walk-throughs, create financial analyses and proposals with internal teams, navigate public procurement, negotiate multi-year contracts, and manage accounts post-sale to ensure satisfaction and follow-on opportunities.

Supervise electrical testing and commissioning projects, review test plans, interpret results, mentor technicians, and ensure accuracy in reporting.

The Project Sales Representative manages customer relationships, develops project scopes and pricing, and drives service-project revenue through effective sales strategies.

Support MEP estimating and preconstruction by managing bid administration, organizing project documentation, coordinating bid invitations and trade engagement, assembling compliant proposal packages, maintaining logs and CRM entries, tracking KPIs, and improving bid processes.

Assist journeymen with installation, assembly, and fabrication of commercial HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems. Use hand and power tools, follow plans and OSHA safety rules, maintain PPE and clean work areas, support material handling and layout, participate in apprenticeship training, and perform other assigned duties.

Builds and maintains Primavera P6 CPM schedules for MEP construction and fabrication shops, integrates procurement, prefabrication, manpower and commissioning, monitors progress, identifies risks, produces variance and recovery analyses, supports change order/time impact claims, and trains project teams to standardize project controls and reporting.

Support month-end close, maintain general ledger accuracy, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, produce financial schedules and variance analysis, support intercompany and shared-services accounting, assist audits, and drive process and system improvements (Sage Intacct/BuildOps integrations).
