Support month-end close and corporate financial reporting using Sage Intacct. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and intercompany allocations. Partner with divisional teams, support AP/AR and billing issues, assist audits, and drive system/process improvements integrating accounting with operational platforms like BuildOps.

Support MEP estimating and preconstruction by managing bid administration, organizing project documentation, maintaining folder structures and logs, coordinating bid invitations and trade partner engagement, assembling proposal packages, updating CRM, tracking KPIs, and ensuring compliant, on-time submissions.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. Track schedules, costs, POs, change orders, RFIs, and submittals. Coordinate with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients. Maintain project documentation, manage drawing revisions, assist with manpower/material logistics, support safety/compliance, and update project systems (BuildOps, Procore, ERP).
