Supports BMS, EPMS, and controls project delivery by maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, coordinating submittals and RFIs, assisting with procurement and change orders, monitoring costs, and maintaining project documentation. Coordinates with project managers, field teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve issues and support timely completion. Participates in project meetings and site visits, with approximately 50% travel to Northern Virginia project locations.

The role requires approximately 50% travel to Northern Virginia project sites.

Develops and closes service-project opportunities for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building engineering work. Responsibilities include managing facility and property manager accounts, conducting site assessments, creating scopes and quotes, pricing for margin targets, presenting proposals, securing purchase orders, coordinating permits and scheduling, forecasting sales activity, maintaining CRM records, and handing projects off to field teams through closeout.
