Develop and close service-project work by performing site assessments, developing scopes and proposals for equipment, controls, and energy upgrades, managing pricing/margins and forecasts, securing POs, coordinating permits/submittals, updating CRM, and handing projects off to field PMs/foremen.

Drive revenue by developing and closing energy services and performance contracting projects for K-12, higher education, and local government clients in Texas. Build pipelines, conduct needs assessments and facility walk-throughs, create financial analyses and proposals with internal teams, navigate public procurement, negotiate multi-year contracts, and manage accounts post-sale to ensure satisfaction and follow-on opportunities.

Supports implementation and maintenance of project quality control plans. Performs inspections, documents test results, coordinates testing and corrective actions, reviews submittals, maintains quality records, assists with owner/regulatory inspections, punch lists, and enforces stop-work for unsafe or non-compliant work.
