Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large mechanical construction projects. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and teams. Coordinate design, procurement, safety, and field operations. Mentor project staff, drive process improvements, and maintain client relationships across HVAC, plumbing, and piping scopes.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. Track schedules, costs, POs, change orders, RFIs, and submittals. Coordinate with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients. Maintain project documentation, manage drawing revisions, assist with manpower/material logistics, support safety/compliance, and update project systems (BuildOps, Procore, ERP).

Develop and close service-project work by performing site assessments, developing scopes and proposals for equipment, controls, and energy upgrades, managing pricing/margins and forecasts, securing POs, coordinating permits/submittals, updating CRM, and handing projects off to field PMs/foremen.
