Supports sales and web lead management initiatives, including lead routing, follow-up, conversion, customer acquisition, Salesforce campaigns, integrations, and AI-powered coworker enablement. The intern helps improve web-to-sales customer journeys, analyzes campaign performance, and collaborates with business, sales, product, and technology teams. The role provides hands-on exposure to Salesforce, digital channels, data, AI tools, and business technology.

Supports community relations initiatives by organizing Habitat for Humanity builds, sourcing sponsorships, assisting with scholarship awards, and coordinating community events such as fairs, farmers markets, and food drives. The internship also develops communications, event planning, networking, relationship-building, and administrative skills through an in-office summer program.

Leads customer performance analytics for the Growth organization and business units, translating transaction, digital, CRM, and customer data into strategic recommendations. Manages and develops an analytics team, prioritizes high-impact initiatives, establishes data quality and methodology standards, and oversees dashboards, reporting, visualization, and executive storytelling. Partners with senior leaders across Growth, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and CX to identify customer trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
