The CRM Platform Marketing Specialist builds and launches omnichannel retention campaigns across email, SMS, push, direct mail, and in-app channels. Responsibilities include audience segmentation using SQL and first-party data, personalization with AMPscript or Liquid, campaign QA, automation monitoring, testing, deliverability management, compliance, troubleshooting, and performance reporting. The role collaborates with product, data, legal, personalization, and CRM teams while improving campaign processes and reliability.

Develop and maintain scalable digital commerce applications across the full software development life cycle. Build full-stack features, resolve complex production issues, optimize performance, conduct code reviews, and implement secure coding practices. Collaborate with product, design, engineering, vendors, offshore partners, and technical leadership to translate requirements into solutions and deliver projects on schedule. The role is on-site five days per week and focuses on B2C e-commerce platforms.
