Leads customer performance analytics for the Growth organization and business units, translating transaction, digital, CRM, and customer data into strategic recommendations. Manages and develops an analytics team, prioritizes high-impact initiatives, establishes data quality and methodology standards, and oversees dashboards, reporting, visualization, and executive storytelling. Partners with senior leaders across Growth, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and CX to identify customer trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

Owns the audience playbook, testing backlog, and day-to-day execution of personalized experiences across web, app, and owned channels. Builds and governs segments in CDPs and personalization platforms, launches A/B and multivariate tests, defines measurement frameworks, analyzes results, and scales successful experiments. Partners with marketing, product, CRM, analytics, and creative teams to prioritize initiatives, maintain governance, and connect personalization efforts to conversion, engagement, and revenue growth.

Build offensive and defensive cybersecurity harnesses using MITRE ATT&CK, AI agents, and LLMs. Measure detection coverage, alert quality, detection speed, and remediation priorities. Develop tested Python tooling, analyze security data, document runbooks, conduct code reviews, and demo results to cybersecurity leadership. The ten-week internship is in-office Monday through Friday at Upbound Group headquarters in Plano, Texas.
