Designs and delivers academic literacy, learning support, and student success programs. The role develops curriculum-aligned workshops and resources, provides targeted support to diverse and academically at-risk students, collaborates with university staff, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the Student Academic Success team.

Coordinates technical services supporting visual arts teaching, research, and learning. Supervises technical staff, plans workloads, supports recruitment and onboarding, manages equipment and facilities procurement and maintenance, and oversees workplace health and safety compliance, training, inductions, and risk management. The role also builds relationships with academic, professional, and external stakeholders while improving operational processes and service delivery.

Manages international partnership agreements, legal documentation, compliance processes, executive briefings, and institutional records. Coordinates high-profile international delegations and visits while supporting strategic global partnerships and stakeholder engagement. The role collaborates with faculties, legal services, senior leadership, government relations, and international partners to advance the university’s global strategy and maintain operational excellence.
