Coordinate domestic and international inbound/outbound shipments, manage carriers and freight bookings, prepare shipping documentation, support import/export compliance, maintain ERP/WMS records, track KPIs and freight costs, and collaborate with suppliers, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely fulfillment.

Lead and execute brand strategy for Unusual Machines and its portfolio, developing positioning, multi-channel campaigns, VoC programs, social/community strategy, packaging alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. Measure campaign performance, manage budgets, and use customer and market insights to drive growth, loyalty, and consistent brand expression across digital and physical touchpoints.

Provide multi-channel customer support and technical troubleshooting for FPV drones and components, manage orders/returns/warranties in NetSuite and Shopify, support enterprise accounts, document interactions, identify trends and upsell opportunities, and contribute to support documentation and cross-functional improvements.

Lead design, development, procurement, and commissioning of custom manufacturing equipment. Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and external suppliers to deliver one-of-a-kind machines, ensuring performance, reliability, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.

Lead and govern product configuration data and BOMs across PLM/ERP systems, enforce change control (ECR/ECO/ECN), ensure traceability and ITAR compliance, drive PLM implementation and configuration process improvements, and lead/mentor configuration team members to maintain audit-ready product structures.

Manage controlled documentation and change processes within a regulated manufacturing environment. Process change requests/orders, maintain PLM records, create/update templates, coordinate reviews/approvals, ensure revision control and traceability, and maintain document logs and status reports to support compliance and audit readiness.
