Provide day-to-day end-user support for PC/Mac hardware and software, LAN, servers and other onsite IT assets. Troubleshoot issues, prioritize and track incidents, coordinate with enterprise groups and vendors, manage asset records, support change management, perform audits for compliance, and participate in projects to install and configure site IT infrastructure.

Design, build, and deploy end-of-line, in-process, and reliability test equipment and automation for electromechanical products. Develop test software, data collection systems, and operator interfaces; work with sensors, machine vision, PLCs, and motion control. Troubleshoot production equipment, perform root cause analysis, develop fixtures and poka-yoke solutions, support commissioning, and produce validation, calibration, and training materials to improve throughput and quality.

Own and maintain CAD models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings for motor hardware. Define tolerances, GD&T, fits, and DFM requirements. Collaborate with design, test, manufacturing, CNC suppliers, and quality to improve manufacturability, inspection readiness, and revision control across prototype and production releases.
