Lead and scale UNRL's direct-to-consumer e-commerce business: define strategy, own Shopify Plus roadmap, optimize conversion and merchandising, build a high-performing team, partner cross-functionally (Marketing, Product, Planning, Supply Chain), and deliver profitable revenue growth with measurable dashboards and testing programs.

Lead UNRL's end-to-end global supply chain, overseeing sourcing, production, factories, quality, logistics, fulfillment, and 3PL. Build scalable processes, KPIs, supplier relationships, and systems to improve cost, speed, quality, and inventory performance. Partner cross-functionally to enable product launches, optimize landed cost, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.

Lead integrated planning across demand, inventory, buy planning, replenishment and supply planning. Build scalable processes, forecasts, and a high-performing team to optimize sales, margin, inventory productivity, and service across DTC, Wholesale, and Marketplace channels.

Support planning and execution of partnership marketing campaigns, retail activations, events, and brand experiences. Coordinate timelines, assets, vendor logistics, on-site execution, and cross-functional communication. Track campaign deliverables, performance metrics, and post-event recaps to ensure activations launch on schedule and align with brand standards.

The Customer Experience Manager will oversee the Customer Service Department, manage a team, refine service policies, and drive customer satisfaction through data analysis and process improvement.
