Performs complex patient billing and revenue cycle tasks: investigate third-party reimbursements, reconcile and adjust accounts, process payments and refunds, communicate with payors and patients, prepare reports, and mentor lower-level techs while ensuring confidentiality and supporting departmental projects.

Supervise and coordinate daily cash application processes for medical and pharmacy payments, ensure accurate insurance and patient payment posting, manage staff and training, maintain records and compliance, resolve posting and billing issues, and respond to internal and external payment inquiries.

Perform complex revenue cycle tasks including investigating third-party reimbursements, reconciling and adjusting patient accounts, posting payments and refunds, responding to patient and payer inquiries, preparing reports, and mentoring lower-level techs. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with patient privacy laws and assist in departmental problem solving and project execution.

Resolve complex patient billing and reimbursement issues by analyzing third-party remittances, reconciling accounts, posting adjustments, preparing refunds, and producing reports. Provide guidance to junior staff, liaise with payors and internal departments, maintain confidential patient records, and support departmental projects and data tracking systems.

Provide diagnostic and consultative radiology services, interpret imaging timely and accurately, supervise and teach residents/fellows/medical students, manage patient care, prescribe treatments, coordinate with specialists, follow departmental policies, and participate in quality and education activities.

Provide ambulatory nursing care including vitals, medication administration (including certain IVs per policy), triage, patient education, documentation, support during procedures, participate in quality assurance, and respond to emergencies. Work within an interdisciplinary team focused on HIV, gender-affirming care, Hep-C, and PrEP in a community clinic setting.

Performs revenue cycle billing tasks: verify patient benefits, enter claim data and diagnosis/treatment codes, prepare and transmit electronic and paper CMS-1500 claims, identify secondary/tertiary insurance, and maintain confidentiality while following departmental policies.

Support development and coordination of clinical quality, compliance, and accreditation programs. Collect, analyze, and report clinical data, facilitate quality improvement projects, maintain databases and SOPs, track staff training, and coordinate audits to ensure policy and accreditation compliance.

Provide diagnostic and consultative radiology services, interpret imaging studies timely and accurately, supervise and teach residents and medical students, prescribe treatments, refer patients, coordinate with clinical teams, and follow departmental policies, quality improvement, and safety standards.

Supervise paraprofessional staff delivering community-based behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families. Oversee program operations, ensure compliance with funder and agency standards, provide clinical and reflective supervision, manage documentation and data, implement quality assurance, collaborate with stakeholders, and support program growth and sustainability.
