Resolves complex patient billing and reimbursement issues, analyzes payer remittances, applies account adjustments, processes payments, and addresses credit balances. Provides customer service to patients and payors, prepares refunds and reports, maintains financial data and logs, protects confidential records, supports departmental projects, and mentors lower-level account technicians.

Prepares reports, maintains data files and logs, communicates with patients and third-party payers, protects confidential records, and advises internal staff on billing policies. Provides guidance to lower-level account technicians and supports departmental problem-solving and planning.

Provide diagnostic and consultative radiology services, interpret imaging timely and accurately, supervise and teach residents/fellows/medical students, manage patient care, prescribe treatments, coordinate with specialists, follow departmental policies, and participate in quality and education activities.
