Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for complex healthcare client engagements: set design direction, create scalable design systems in Figma, run UX research and usability testing, champion accessibility and HIPAA compliance, facilitate client workshops, mentor junior designers, and iterate based on testing and analytics to deliver user-centered, business-aligned digital experiences.

Lead and grow a web development practice: set technical strategy and architecture, oversee enterprise-scale projects, champion AI-native development and CI/CD, ensure security/compliance, serve as senior client-facing technical lead, and optimize team profitability and delivery.
