Owns end-to-end learning programs, from performance-gap diagnosis and instructional design through delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement. Designs digital, instructor-led, self-paced, microlearning, simulation, and cohort experiences; develops skills taxonomies, capability pathways, and assessments; administers learning technology; and applies AI responsibly to personalize and scale learning. Partners with leaders and HR teams, facilitates AI literacy, measures business impact, and advises when non-training solutions are more appropriate.

Support complex organizational and technology transformation programs from strategy through implementation. Develop change plans, communications, training, stakeholder engagement, leadership materials, workforce strategies, and organization design solutions. Assess employee sentiment, adoption, risks, and outcomes using data and insights. Manage project workstreams, client relationships, presentations, proposals, and RFP responses while guiding junior team members and supporting AI-enabled workforce transformation initiatives.

Develops clear, compelling, on-brand copy across digital and traditional channels for healthcare clients. Translates strategic briefs into audience-focused messaging, contributes to concepts and brainstorms, owns deliverables through final release, and ensures accuracy, regulatory compliance, and consistent brand voice. Collaborates with creative, strategy, and account teams while managing multiple deadlines, incorporating feedback, and staying current with digital trends and AI writing tools.
