Provides executive technical leadership for government and federal engineering operations spanning pre-sales solution design and post-sales systems engineering. Leads managers and engineering teams, owns staffing, budgets, standards, architecture, estimating, quality, compliance, and design-to-delivery transitions. Oversees complex security, infrastructure, network, and technology system integration projects, serves as the senior technical escalation authority, manages customer and technology-partner relationships, and ensures engineering performance, reliability, and delivery quality.

Provides administrative and operational support across the Sales organization, including CRM and sales system support, proposal coordination, customer onboarding, reporting, data reconciliation, meeting coordination, and process documentation. The role maintains accurate sales information, assists with training and troubleshooting, supports forecasts and dashboards, and collaborates with Finance, Legal, Safety, and other departments to improve sales lifecycle efficiency and data integrity.

Oversee planning, development, and delivery of multiple physical and IT security programs. Define scope, manage budgets/forecasting, mitigate risks, allocate resources, coordinate cross-functional teams, enforce program management best practices, and maintain stakeholder and customer engagement to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality delivery.

Manage integration project tracking and executive reporting for multiple acquisitions. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, maintain trackers and action registers, investigate and resolve blockers, and support marketing operations (CRM/marketing automation, campaign tracking, sales enablement, websites) and reporting. Provide exposure to senior leadership and grow into broader Marketing & Strategy responsibilities.

Administer and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and AD CA for PIV credentialing; configure and troubleshoot HP/Cisco network switches, VLANs, and routing; operate Gallagher ACS and Avigilon Unity VMS; apply patches, monitor system health, maintain documentation, and integrate ACS/VMS with PIV, intrusion detection, and notification systems. Serve as primary ePACS contact, mentor onsite technician, and coordinate with government stakeholders. Onsite in Washington, DC five days/week; must be eligible for government clearance.

Manage all aspects of security systems projects: oversee installation, programming, start-up, testing, documentation, subcontractors, schedules, cost control, scope management, and site safety. Ensure engineered drawings are followed, produce as-built markups, forecast finances, and travel up to 20% as needed.

Sell physical and IT security solutions to commercial/enterprise clients. Develop capture plans, qualify opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, craft technical and pricing strategies, manage procurement cycles, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
