Manage all aspects of security systems projects: oversee installation, programming, start-up, testing, documentation, subcontractors, schedules, cost control, scope management, and site safety. Ensure engineered drawings are followed, produce as-built markups, forecast finances, and travel up to 20% as needed.

Provide advanced troubleshooting, installation, and performance analysis for physical and IP security systems. Work with project teams to ensure quality installations, recommend system/process improvements for compliance, advise and train clients, and maintain asset inventories and service records. Role requires night/weekend shifts and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Manage and own configuration management, build and release processes across platforms. Maintain CMDB and build catalog, coordinate with vendors, QA, Server Engineers, PMO and stakeholders to ensure standardized builds, certification, deployment run books, and release documentation. Track and resolve build failures, manage release records, and publish release notes and hotfixes.
