Provide classroom coverage as a substitute teacher, uphold U Prep core values, follow lesson plans, maintain student behavior, and commit to at least 2-3 days per week. Must meet Michigan Substitute Teacher Permit requirements (60 college credit hours and minimum 2.0 GPA). Daily pay is $200.

Provide specialized instruction and academic support to students with IEPs, develop and monitor comprehensive IEPs, conduct assessments and progress monitoring, collaborate with teachers, families, and outside providers, maintain compliance and documentation, and participate in professional development.

Coach and direct high school student-athletes in offensive football strategy and development. Manage student attendance and welfare, communicate with parents/staff, maintain attendance records and reports, process disciplinary and placement documents, coordinate referrals and review board submissions, participate in staff training, and enforce district attendance policies.

Provide individual and small-group targeted reading instruction to identified high school students; monitor, report, and communicate progress; use data to refine lessons; engage families; implement culturally responsive instruction; participate in professional development and collaborate with staff to support student achievement.

Provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students; consult with teachers, parents, and agencies; support special education eligibility and IDEA compliance; deliver crisis intervention, prevention programs, and professional development; coordinate educational, psychological, and behavioral health services.
