Provides psychological assessment and diagnostic evaluation for students, including cognitive, academic, social-emotional, behavioral, personality, and developmental evaluations. Collaborates with teachers, families, administrators, and professionals to support learning, special education eligibility, behavioral health, crisis intervention, and healthy development. Recommends educational and prevention programs, consults on student needs, supports families, and contributes to teacher professional development while following Michigan education regulations.

The Chief Operating Officer will lead U Prep Schools’ Operations House, overseeing finance, HR, athletics, IT, attendance, and marketing. Reporting to the CEO, the COO will align operational systems with academic goals, develop department leaders, improve financial sustainability, modernize processes through technology and automation, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen talent and school culture, and support enrollment growth. The role requires a strategic, hands-on change leader with experience managing complex operations and cross-functional teams.

Provides targeted small-group math intervention for students below grade level, using assessment data to identify gaps, monitor progress, and accelerate achievement. Supports WIN intervention blocks and collaborates with math teachers through co-planning, modeling, observation, feedback, and instructional coaching. Analyzes student and subgroup performance, leads data conversations, supports reteaching, and advances schoolwide math priorities while strengthening Tier 1 instruction.
