Coach and build teacher capacity in K-3 reading instruction using benchmark data and interventions. Implement Orton-Gillingham methods, develop remediation plans (IRIP), run assessments, form intervention groups, support small-group instruction, provide professional development, and collaborate with families and MTSS teams to close reading gaps and bring students to grade level.

Provide specialized instruction and academic support to students with IEPs, develop and monitor comprehensive IEPs, conduct assessments and progress monitoring, collaborate with teachers, families, and outside providers, maintain compliance and documentation, and participate in professional development.

Provide high-trust executive support to the CEO (and occasionally CAO/COO), managing complex calendars, meeting logistics, communications triage, drafting correspondence, tracking action items, and serving as primary liaison to the board. Maintain confidentiality, prepare board packets and reports, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of leadership operations.
