Support an immunology research team by performing bench experiments (including immunoassays), collecting biological samples, maintaining lab instruments, logging data and records, and assisting scientists with routine laboratory tasks. Position is grant-funded and located in Philadelphia.

Lead Penn Libraries' LMS operations and a small team to administer Canvas and integrated learning tools. Oversee platform governance, vendor relationships, SIS and identity integrations, accessibility, privacy, and risk management. Collaborate with pedagogical leaders, steer roadmap and policies, and coordinate support, communications, and incident response for institution-wide instructional technology.

Coordinate longitudinal Alzheimer's and cognitive aging studies: recruit, screen, consent, schedule visits, administer neuropsychological assessments, manage imaging and biospecimen processing, enter and maintain research data, and assist with IRB submissions. CRC B leads projects, prepares invoices, trains staff, and manages large datasets.

Coordinate an observational Alzheimer's study: screen, recruit, consent, and enroll participants per GCP; schedule and conduct research visits (infusions, MRIs); administer and score neuropsychological assessments; and maintain/enter participant data in research databases.

Maintain mouse models and colonies for open-angle glaucoma; perform visual functional testing (optokinetic response, pattern ERG); dissect, process, cryosection, and immunostain ocular tissues; capture and analyze microscopy images; isolate protein/RNA/DNA and run western blots, PCR, sequencing, and ELISAs; perform statistical and image analyses and prepare presentation materials.

Manage pre-award and post-award administration for an assigned portfolio of faculty and research centers: proposal support, award administration, financial monitoring, compliance, reporting, faculty consultation, and process improvement across research support functions.

Manage and optimize Penn Nursing’s digital presence: develop and run multi-channel marketing and enrollment campaigns, oversee website content in LiveWhale, perform analytics and A/B testing, coordinate creative assets, support email and social media strategy, and lead cross-functional digital projects to drive engagement, enrollment, and philanthropy.

Provide administrative support to the College House Director: manage financial transactions and student payroll, coordinate RA selection/onboarding, maintain house communications and website, support event logistics and office operations, supervise student staff, and collaborate with facilities and residential services. Occasional lifting and some evening/weekend hours required.

Lead design and implementation of reproducible data pipelines and analyses for large-scale immune-health and omics datasets. Apply statistical, machine-learning, and AI methods, manage end-to-end projects, produce visualizations and documentation, support manuscripts and grants, ensure code quality and reproducibility, and mentor junior analysts.

Provide administrative and project management support for Boards of Advisors and University ceremonies (Commencement, Convocation, Inauguration). Coordinate logistics, communications, data management, vendor and stakeholder liaison, draft correspondence, manage websites/publications, and support senior leadership on special projects and events.

Manages end-to-end CT research operations: administers clinical studies, oversees NIH and industry grants (pre/post-award, budgets, subawards), manages shared CT facility and scanner access, supervises staff, ensures data collection, quality control, regulatory compliance, and prepares financial/regulatory progress reports and publications.

Lead Agile software and research-informatics projects: manage backlog and sprint ceremonies, translate research requirements into tickets, coordinate NIH-funded multi-site collaborations, produce status reports and timelines, improve processes and documentation, and serve as primary liaison to external partners and the Principal Investigator.

Perform diagnostic testing on avian and mammalian samples including real-time PCR, sequencing, and virus isolation. Accession and finalize cases in a computer-based LIMS, assist with serology, complete QA tasks, maintain inventory and lab housekeeping, and participate in required trainings and proficiency testing.

Support investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored neurogenetics clinical studies by recruiting, screening, scheduling, and assisting with study visits. Collect, review, and process study data and biospecimens; maintain regulatory and study documentation; participate in team meetings and protocol training. Level B performs tasks with less supervision and greater autonomy.

Lead and coordinate longitudinal Alzheimer's and dementia studies: recruit/consent participants, schedule visits and imaging, administer cognitive assessments, manage data and biosamples, prepare IRB documents, train and delegate to other coordinators, and submit datasets and invoices.

Manage class fundraising and individual prospect portfolios to cultivate, solicit, and steward undergraduate alumni donors and volunteers. Recruit, train, and motivate reunion class giving committees; conduct virtual and in-person outreach (with travel as needed); analyze data and maintain database records; support additional classes and events as assigned to increase dollars and donor participation.

Manage Castleman disease clinical research programs including the ACCELERATE registry and Castlebank biobank. Oversee protocol/SOP/GCP compliance, regulatory submissions, database management, quality auditing, adverse event reporting, and project milestones. Supervise research staff, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, support recruitment and study visits, and ensure IRB and ethics committee requirements are met.

Temporary role supporting fundraising for Penn Wrestling: identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward annual fund and major gift prospects; partner with coaches, development officers, and boards; attend donor meetings, events, and wrestling meets; travel to out-of-region donor meetings; develop individualized cultivation strategies and expand the major gift pipeline.

Manage day-to-day pre- and post-award financial operations for departmental grants. Prepare proposal budgets (NIH, NSF, DOD, foundations), monitor expenditures for compliance, produce financial and payroll reports, process subawards and purchase orders, track awards and progress reports (RPPR), assist with post-doc tracking, liaise with ORS/ORSS, and support award closeouts using PennERA, BenFin, WorkDay, Concur and related systems.

Twelve-month, hands-on apprenticeship in seed and cutting propagation, nursery and greenhouse management, organic pest control, fernery maintenance, and production of ~5,000 container plants. Duties include potting, watering, pruning, inventory/data collection, supervising volunteers, weekend/holiday watering, and completing a propagation project.
