Provides strategic, administrative, and operational management for an academic clinical research program. Leads program development, grant administration, research communications, stakeholder relationships, educational initiatives, event planning, and operational infrastructure. Oversees pre- and post-award grants, compliance, staff and resources, research workflows, and complex initiatives while strengthening collaborations and advancing the department’s scientific mission.

Coordinates participant recruitment and enrollment for a PCORI-funded clinical research study. Responsibilities include screening, consenting, intake interviews, retention and adherence tracking, study documentation, data entry, query resolution, electronic case report forms, regulatory compliance, and communication with investigators, primary care collaborators, and research staff. The coordinator also prepares recruitment reports, attends study meetings, assists with study management, and supports the DSMB as needed.

Conduct radiochemistry and interdisciplinary research for nuclear medicine, theranostics, radiotherapeutics, molecular biology, and cancer immunotherapy projects. Develop and implement assays under GLP-like practices, perform radiolabeling and compound analysis, analyze and document data, and contribute to journal and grant submissions. Maintain laboratory safety procedures, update SOPs and protocols, and train laboratory personnel and students while supporting multiple research projects.
