Manage front-of-house guest services for performances: supervise ushers and volunteers, coordinate with box office, production, and clients, handle accessibility and emergency responses, oversee concessions/merchandise, record event metrics, and ensure venue readiness and guest satisfaction.

Coordinate research administrative and lab operations supporting the PI and study team: recruit and schedule subjects, manage databases and specimen inventory, assist IRB and grant prep, perform tissue processing and basic histology tasks, handle biospecimen shipping/receiving, support data collection/quality control, contribute to literature searches, manuscript prep, and dissemination.
