Build and maintain reproducible data pipelines to process, clean, transform, and integrate MIDUS survey data; manage metadata and documentation for public and non-public releases; maintain the MIDUS Colectica portal; collaborate with researchers and respond to data requests; select and optimize technologies for large-scale research data management.

Coordinate and manage community-engaged mental health research projects: develop protocols, manage budgets and IRB processes, liaise with stakeholders and participants, conduct data collection, facilitate trainings, and ensure study objectives and compliance are met. Position includes some evenings/weekends and hybrid on-site work.

Manage academic and administrative operations for the Finance, Investment, and Banking department: program planning, course scheduling, curriculum updates, faculty support, budgeting/expense processing, event and advising coordination, stakeholder liaison, and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
