Support neuroscience research by caring for research animals, assisting with and performing surgical procedures, preparing and processing tissue (harvest, sectioning, IHC, imaging), maintaining lab safety and inventory, training and supervising students/staff, conducting experiments and data collection, performing literature reviews, and ensuring compliance with biosafety and animal use protocols.

The Professor will conduct innovative research in U.S. political economy, teach undergraduate and graduate courses, mentor students, and support departmental service efforts.

Perform animal surgeries and care, run and maintain laboratory experiments, collect and analyze data, conduct literature reviews, assist protocol and grant development, and organize lab equipment and inventory while providing day-to-day operational guidance to staff and student workers.
