Leads resort revenue management, distribution, pricing, forecasting, and yield operations. Analyzes occupancy, booking pace, revenue, market trends, competitive benchmarks, and performance reports to identify opportunities. Oversees reservation sales and guest experience systems, develops demand calendars and dynamic forecasts, and communicates recommendations to resort leadership to maximize occupancy, revenue, conversion, and guest satisfaction.

Develop, promote, and supervise padel programs for adults, children, and seniors at the resort and in the Charlottesville community. Provide private lessons, group clinics, tournaments, leagues, junior programs, and social events. Promote padel, maximize court utilization and revenue, support member and guest experiences, collaborate across departments, and assist with court maintenance. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.
