Advises university students on academic planning, course selection, registration, prerequisites, degree requirements, and available support services. Assesses student needs, develops intervention and academic plans, coaches students experiencing difficulties, monitors progress, and supports retention initiatives. Participates in recruitment events, promotes university programs and services, and liaises with campus and external organizations. Requires bilingual French and English communication, strong organization, judgment, problem-solving, and client service skills.

Builds relationships with employers, students, alumni, and business organizations to create recruitment and employment opportunities. Advises students on career paths, develops career and MBA career-management programs, conducts workshops, analyzes employment trends, expands internship programs, and promotes Telfer School of Management to employers. The role also supports recruitment-posting standards, employer networking, and career development initiatives.

Coordinates Faculty of Medicine programs and initiatives from planning through evaluation. Maintains project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, records, and reports; conducts research and program evaluations; supports consultations, communications, events, quality assurance, governance, and approvals. Collaborates with faculty, learners, community partners, committees, and program managers while tracking deliverables, facilitating engagement, disseminating knowledge, and providing administrative and logistical support.
