Teach a 3-credit undergraduate course (Introduction to Health Economics) in French for Winter 2027. Deliver lectures, evaluate students, manage course administration for ~50 students. Must have required academic credentials and recent professional experience in health economics; position is regular part-time with scheduled class times on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Lead and manage OCRO business operations projects: scope BI initiatives, gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, assess impacts and risks, design and test process improvements, support operational services, and liaise with stakeholders to implement and transition solutions.

Provide second-line support for enterprise applications: manage incidents, restore service, triage and escalate issues, maintain knowledge base and documentation, run major-incident processes, communicate with stakeholders, produce reports, and support service desk operations and training.
