Tenure-track Assistant Professor teaching master’s and doctoral courses in Educational Administration. Responsibilities include scholarly research, doctoral student supervision, advising, recruitment, university and community service, outreach, grant pursuit, and support of unit administration. Candidates should demonstrate an emerging research agenda, teaching and mentorship potential, and service commitment, with expertise in higher education or K–12 administration preferred.

Processes Medicaid correspondence and appeals documentation received by mail, fax, and email; scans and updates records in EDMS and LaMEDS; enters case notes, updates master charts, coordinates with Medicaid staff, and communicates with the Division of Administrative Law to resolve appeal docket issues. The role also attends hearings, completes untimely appeal packets, clears weekly dockets, and performs related administrative tasks.

Manage the Statewide Incident Management System by coordinating vendors, program offices, technology teams, work requests, connectivity issues, meetings, reports, invoices, and billing resolutions. Develop and update business processes and support Medicaid system certification, transitions, vendor onboarding, and Electronic Visit Verification compliance. The role requires cross-functional project coordination, technical communication, analysis, problem solving, documentation, and detailed follow-up.
