Teams at University of New Orleans

Manage athletic equipment, uniforms, apparel, supplies, inventories, procurement, repairs, storage, and distribution for intercollegiate athletics. Coordinate practice, competition, travel, and game-day preparation, including equipment transportation and setup. Lead and train staff and student employees, maintain purchasing and assignment records, collaborate with coaches and vendors, and ensure compliance with university policies, NCAA regulations, OSHA, safety requirements, and the Clery Act.

Leads Workday training, organizational change management, user adoption, communications, and knowledge management across the university. Develops role-based instructional programs, documentation, learning paths, webinars, and eLearning content; coordinates release readiness and enterprise technology initiatives; administers learning platforms; measures training effectiveness and adoption; and partners with executive leaders, functional departments, IT, and Workday teams to support business process modernization.

Leads the university’s annual giving program, donor acquisition, stewardship, campaigns, and pipeline development. Directs email, digital, web, social media, appeals, segmentation, and A/B testing. Oversees the student-staffed outreach center, including hiring, training, scripts, performance monitoring, and gift capture. Supports donor relations, communications, database integrity, reporting, and gift reconciliation while collaborating with advancement, marketing, and finance teams.
