Teams at University of Central Oklahoma

Manage, monitor, and maintain the university's virtual infrastructure and Windows-based systems. Provide Tier III escalation support, patching, automation via scripting, documentation, application support, and participate in incident/change management and 24x7 on-call rotation.

Support the Centre for Global Competency with student engagement, program promotion, admin operations, budgeting, orientation, arrival logistics, email management, event chaperoning, and advising student leadership groups.

Provide one-on-one academic and career advising from admission to graduation. Monitor student progress, perform degree evaluations, guide course selection and study strategies, support retention programs, assist with orientation and registration, and liaise with colleges and departments.
