Build and operate the ML execution platform supporting data generation, simulation orchestration, training, fine-tuning, benchmarking, and production deployments. Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including AI researchers, engineers, physicists, mathematicians, and deep-tech leaders. Partner with the CEO and hiring managers to define profiles, source specialized talent, manage large candidate pipelines, close critical hires, and improve recruiting workflows and metrics. Build scalable recruiting processes, talent networks, and employer-brand presence while delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced, onsite startup environment.

Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business roles, partnering directly with the CEO and hiring managers. Source, engage, and close individual contributors and leaders across competitive technical and commercial markets.
