Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business roles, partnering directly with the CEO and hiring managers. Source, engage, and close individual contributors and leaders across competitive technical and commercial markets. Build talent pipelines, optimize recruiting processes and metrics, manage candidate experience, and represent the company at industry events. The role also establishes scalable recruiting infrastructure and employer-brand initiatives for a rapidly growing AI startup.

Coordinates recruiting operations from initial candidate contact through offer, including complex interview scheduling, candidate communications, interview logistics, ATS maintenance, pipeline reporting, offer preparation, and onboarding support. Build simulation data pipelines for AI foundation models, advise AI researchers on marine CFD phenomena, collaborate with clients on validation datasets and workflows, and lead technical conversations bridging marine engineering and AI. The role requires expertise in ship hydrodynamics, free-surface flows, solver frameworks, hull design, CAD parameterization, and numerical methods.

Designs customer-facing presentations, product surfaces, brand collateral, and visual identity for a technical AI company. Own and ship the end-to-end platform for engineering customers to train and host physics models. Build frontend, backend, databases, cloud integrations, reusable templates, and UX; iterate on feedback; ensure reliability and scalability in production while collaborating closely with the CEO and founding team.
