Collaborate with customers and domain experts, publish research, and move models into production for energy and subsurface applications.

Lead and scale UniversalAGI’s recruiting function, managing recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators while personally handling full-cycle technical and non-technical searches. Partner with the CEO and hiring managers on workforce planning, role definition, sourcing strategy, recruiting metrics, candidate experience, and closing. Build recruiting infrastructure, talent pipelines, and processes for a fast-growing AI startup operating onsite in San Francisco.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including AI researchers, engineers, physicists, mathematicians, and deep-tech leaders. Partner with the CEO and hiring managers to define profiles, source specialized talent, manage large candidate pipelines, close critical hires, and improve recruiting workflows and metrics. Build scalable recruiting processes, talent networks, and employer-brand presence while delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced, onsite startup environment.
