Build India- and China-origin freight business across international trade lanes. Responsibilities include prospecting shippers and agents, negotiating carrier and customer rates, managing margins, developing recurring import/export traffic, coordinating sales-to-operations workflows, resolving commercial escalations, and maintaining performance reports. The role is an independent contributor supporting the creation of a scalable India business model.

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities, onboarding, engagement, grievances, benefits, HRMS administration, compliance, performance management, and policy implementation. Serve as the primary HR contact, support training initiatives, prepare leadership reports using Excel and PowerPoint, and drive process improvements through technology and automation.
