About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities and serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, excluding recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, HRMS platforms, and policy implementation while demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, employee movement, engagement, retention, and offboarding.
  
• Act as the primary HR contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievance handling.
  
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and create a positive employee experience.
  
• Coordinate and execute onboarding programs to ensure smooth employee integration.
  
• Support Training & Development initiatives, learning programs, and employee growth interventions.
  
• Administer and manage HRMS platforms, employee records, and HR databases.
  
• Handle employee benefits administration and HR operations processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  
• Support and coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS) process.
  
• Develop, review, implement, and communicate HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
  
• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS using Advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to address HR operational requirements effectively.
  
• Drive process improvements through technology adoption and automation.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
  
• Strong knowledge of HRMS platforms, HR tools, and digital HR processes.
  
• Hands-on experience in employee engagement, grievance management, onboarding, and benefits administration.
  
• Good understanding of Indian labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR governance.
  
• Experience managing Performance Management Systems (PMS).
  
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and HR analytics/reporting.
  
• Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage HR technologies and automation tools.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Immediate joiner or candidates with a very short notice period.
  
• Based in Gurgaon or willing to work from Gurgaon.
  
• Comfortable working in flexible shifts/timings.
  
• Demonstrated experience in creating, implementing, and governing HR policies and processes.
