Owner-operator role running local, home-daily routes out of Columbus (Monday–Friday morning runs). Pays gross up to $4,000/week; non-forced dispatch, secure parking, company chassis, 24-hour road service, fuel and vendor discounts, insurance and plate programs. Serves Ohio within a 150-mile radius and nearby states. Requires Class A CDL, minimum 6 months verifiable driving experience, driver age 21+, and a 2005-or-newer tractor.

Lead a software development team as the senior technical authority: design architecture, enforce coding standards, deliver code, manage timelines, mentor developers, coordinate cross-team work, ensure production readiness, CI/CD, observability, security/compliance, and foster continuous improvement.

Manage daily intermodal ramp operations, lead and train ramp personnel, enforce safety and compliance, allocate resources, monitor KPIs, maintain records and reports, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
