Plan and execute local marketing events and promotions, coordinate logistics and materials, represent the organization at community outreach, manage print and location-based campaigns, track participation and leads, build partner relationships, support inventory and on-site execution, and collaborate with operations and leadership to drive local engagement.

Plan and run monthly activity programs for adult day services participants; coordinate staff/volunteers; maintain charts, attendance and supply inventory; assist participants with ADLs; join interdisciplinary care planning; observe and report condition changes; attend meetings and trainings; represent the center in the community.

Supervise homecare aides: create and monitor schedules in Sandata/Santrax EVV, document service deviations, review monthly activity vs. care plans, perform quarterly unannounced family-homecare visits, assist trainings, and attend agency meetings as assigned.
