Lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization to define and execute technology strategy for safety-critical avionics. Build and mentor engineering leaders, ensure certifiable product delivery, partner with product, operations, quality and sales, and drive continuous improvement across software, hardware, systems, FPGA, mechanical, optical, and verification engineering.

Design and evaluate electronic avionics components, conduct tests, lead engineering activities, and work with multidisciplinary teams in developing hardware solutions.

The FPGA Logic Design Manager leads the PLD Development team, overseeing firmware development for avionics, ensuring compliance with quality and airworthiness standards while managing resources and cross-functional collaborations.

The FPGA Logic Design Engineer develops firmware designs for PLD systems, manages the full life-cycle from requirements to testing, and collaborates in a team environment while providing technical guidance.

Own complex mechanical and opto-mechanical engineering assignments for aerospace avionics products. Develop Creo designs, perform thermal and structural analysis, build prototypes, conduct testing, support environmental qualification, and resolve sustaining issues. Collaborate across engineering disciplines on packaging, reliability, manufacturability, PCB integration, machined components, and sheet-metal designs. Apply aerospace standards and independent technical judgment from concept through validated flight hardware.

Lead multidisciplinary teams across AI/ML, software, systems engineering, and computer vision to deliver reliable avionics and aircraft-integrated solutions. Set technical strategy, guide architecture and integration, manage risks, develop engineering leaders, improve engineering practices, and align resources with product and certification priorities.

Lead end-to-end technical direction and integration of an airborne product, coordinating systems, software, AI, computer vision, and verification teams to define architecture, resolve cross-disciplinary risks, and deliver FAA-ready avionics solutions on schedule and within program constraints.

Lead cross-functional engineering teams to develop, integrate, certify, and deliver advanced flight-deck avionics. Drive technical execution from proposal through production, manage risks, schedules, budgets, and regulatory compliance, and communicate status to stakeholders while fostering collaboration and execution excellence.
