Develop Creo designs, perform thermal and structural analysis, build prototypes, conduct testing, support environmental qualification, and resolve sustaining issues. Collaborate across engineering disciplines on packaging, reliability, manufacturability, PCB integration, machined components, and sheet-metal designs. Apply aerospace standards and independent technical judgment from concept through validated flight hardware.

Lead the Packaging and Optics engineering team supporting avionics hardware development. Responsibilities include managing engineers and PCB designers, setting priorities and budgets, guiding mechanical and opto-mechanical design, overseeing thermal and structural analysis, leading PCB processes, evaluating display and optical technologies, managing suppliers, and supporting prototypes, testing, qualification, and sustaining engineering. The role combines technical leadership, people development, cross-functional collaboration, and engineering resource management.

Process vendor invoices and payments, maintain AP records, research and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies, reconcile receipts, coordinate with Purchasing and Material Handling, and serve as vendor/internal contact while ensuring accurate, timely AP operations in a manufacturing environment.

Lead multidisciplinary teams across AI/ML, software, systems engineering, and computer vision to deliver reliable avionics and aircraft-integrated solutions. Lead end-to-end technical direction and integration of an airborne product, coordinating systems, software, AI, computer vision, and verification teams to define architecture, resolve cross-disciplinary risks, and deliver FAA-ready avionics solutions on schedule and within program constraints.

Lead cross-functional engineering teams to develop, integrate, certify, and deliver advanced flight-deck avionics. Drive technical execution from proposal through production, manage risks, schedules, budgets, and regulatory compliance, and communicate status to stakeholders while fostering collaboration and execution excellence.
