Responsibilities include managing engineers and PCB designers, setting priorities and budgets, guiding mechanical and opto-mechanical design, overseeing thermal and structural analysis, leading PCB processes, evaluating display and optical technologies, managing suppliers, and supporting prototypes, testing, qualification, and sustaining engineering. The role combines technical leadership, people development, cross-functional collaboration, and engineering resource management.

Lead cross-functional engineering teams to develop, integrate, certify, and deliver advanced flight-deck avionics. Drive technical execution from proposal through production, manage risks, schedules, budgets, and regulatory compliance, and communicate status to stakeholders while fostering collaboration and execution excellence.
