Lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization to define and execute technology strategy for safety-critical avionics. Build and mentor engineering leaders, ensure certifiable product delivery, partner with product, operations, quality and sales, and drive continuous improvement across software, hardware, systems, FPGA, mechanical, optical, and verification engineering.

Design and evaluate electronic avionics components, conduct tests, lead engineering activities, and work with multidisciplinary teams in developing hardware solutions.

The FPGA Logic Design Manager leads the PLD Development team, overseeing firmware development for avionics, ensuring compliance with quality and airworthiness standards while managing resources and cross-functional collaborations.
