Own and secure enterprise server, network, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure. Administer firewalls, VPNs, identity services, virtualization, and core network systems. Deploy and manage SIEM, DLP, IDS/IPS, and EDR tools; apply zero-trust access controls; assess vulnerabilities and risks; monitor systems; strengthen recovery and incident response; and mentor IT support staff. The role is onsite in Tucson, Arizona and supports aviation-related technology subject to export regulations.

Partner with leaders and employees across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, coaching, performance, development, engagement, and culture. Own HR fundamentals including benefits, HRIS, payroll, compensation, and employee changes. Support workforce planning, succession, retention, organizational change, and data-driven decision-making while improving HR processes through AI and automation.

Lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization to define and execute technology strategy for safety-critical avionics. Build and mentor engineering leaders, ensure certifiable product delivery, partner with product, operations, quality and sales, and drive continuous improvement across software, hardware, systems, FPGA, mechanical, optical, and verification engineering.
