Leads university financial aid operations, Title IV administration, compliance, quality assurance, audits, reporting, and student service. Supervises the Financial Aid unit, ensures accurate awarding, verification, disbursement, satisfactory academic progress, and Return to Title IV processing, and maintains procedures, controls, documentation, and regulatory readiness. Partners with institutional teams to improve data pipelines, train staff, address student pain points, and support affordability and financial wellness initiatives.

Owns the university’s learner-facing digital experience across CRM, SIS, portals, and AI tools from initial contact through graduation. Responsibilities include business analysis, system configuration, data integrity, reporting, UX decisions, issue triage, requirements gathering, and cross-functional enhancement delivery. The role manages projects, supervises employees, maintains documentation, monitors system performance, and improves recruitment and enrollment processes through Salesforce, analytics, and AI-driven workflows.

Leads the university’s information systems and technology environment, partnering with the CIO on strategy, operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise applications, technical support, and technology initiatives. The role supervises staff, resolves complex technical issues, coordinates vendors and stakeholders, manages upgrades and deployments, supports continuity planning, maintains documentation, and leads projects from planning through stabilization and evaluation.

Provides operational leadership and supervision for learning design and learning technology support teams. Oversees learning management systems, course development, instructional design quality, accessibility, educational technology integration, and online learning experiences across academic units. Designs, develops, maintains, and improves online STEM-focused courses and badged learning activities. Collaborates with faculty, subject matter experts, administrators, media developers, learning technology specialists, and IT to create accessible, experiential learning experiences. Evaluates course quality and student performance data, manages development schedules, supports LMS use, develops training materials, and applies instructional design, adult learning, accessibility, and educational technology best practices.

Maintains Unity Environmental University's student-facing AI agents, knowledge bases, Salesforce Experience Cloud portals, documentation, and data integrity. Performs quality assurance, content audits, issue triage, system monitoring, and routine platform support. Tracks failures and resolutions, escalates complex issues, supports internal users, and leads assigned institutional initiatives. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, communication, and flexibility to work scheduled evenings, weekends, and occasional travel between university locations.

Administer and optimize Salesforce and other business applications, including configuration, access management, workflows, automation, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and data quality. Serve as a technical and functional subject matter expert, support end users, provide training, gather requirements, coordinate with vendors and IT teams, improve processes, and promote application adoption across the organization.

Lead graduate recruitment strategy and enrollment growth across multiple start dates. Lead baccalaureate enrollment growth by designing data-informed recruitment strategies, building employer and articulation partnerships, managing Salesforce-based lead lifecycle and analytics, hiring and coaching recruiters, overseeing operations and prospect experience, and executing outreach/events to meet enrollment goals.

Advise and support baccalaureate students to improve retention and completion. Register students, monitor billing and participation, assist with financial aid and career preparation, maintain communication records in Stratus/Salesforce, perform outreach to active and stopped-out students, de-escalate concerns, support term starts, contribute to retention strategies, and participate in events and evening call rotations.

Design and implement scalable, secure Salesforce solutions; translate business requirements into architecture and integrations; build Apex/LWC customizations; manage integrations with third-party systems; lead deployments, testing, documentation, governance, and mentor junior staff.

Lead and manage enterprise records operations including switchboard, mailroom, transcript evaluation, backend data entry, list management, and print shop. Ensure data quality, FERPA compliance, timely fulfillment, process documentation, cross-unit support, audits, and continuous improvement to support enrollment, advancement, and student services.

Administer and maintain student financial aid programs and systems, ensure compliance with federal/state/institutional policies, perform needs analysis, packaging, verification, loan processing and certification, counsel staff and students on aid and billing matters, manage communications and documentation, assist in publications and procedure development, perform outreach, and support reporting and record-keeping.

Design and manage development of online courses and micro-credentials using Canvas. Collaborate with faculty and SMEs to create experiential, accessible learning activities, evaluate course performance with student data, lead trainings, manage development schedules, ensure Quality Matters alignment, and support continuous course improvements and accessibility standards.

Provide Tier 1 support and maintenance for Canvas and related learning technologies, prepare and repair courses between terms, collect and analyze UX data, support integrations and instructional designers, develop support materials and training, and collaborate with DE units and IT to improve educational technology and student learning experiences.
