Develop an asynchronous undergraduate course on digital productivity tools by advising on scope and outcomes, selecting and designing accessible content and applied assignments, translating workplace workflows into student-facing materials, and collaborating with academic leadership and learning designers to ensure inclusive, practical curriculum.

Design and implement scalable, secure Salesforce solutions; translate business requirements into architecture and integrations; build Apex/LWC customizations; manage integrations with third-party systems; lead deployments, testing, documentation, governance, and mentor junior staff.

Administer and maintain student financial aid programs and systems, ensure compliance with federal/state/institutional policies, perform needs analysis, packaging, verification, loan processing and certification, counsel staff and students on aid and billing matters, manage communications and documentation, assist in publications and procedure development, perform outreach, and support reporting and record-keeping.

Design and manage development of online courses and micro-credentials using Canvas. Collaborate with faculty and SMEs to create experiential, accessible learning activities, evaluate course performance with student data, lead trainings, manage development schedules, ensure Quality Matters alignment, and support continuous course improvements and accessibility standards.

Provide Tier 1 support and maintenance for Canvas and related learning technologies, prepare and repair courses between terms, collect and analyze UX data, support integrations and instructional designers, develop support materials and training, and collaborate with DE units and IT to improve educational technology and student learning experiences.

Develop undergraduate asynchronous course PSYC 2050 in developmental psychology: define scope and outcomes, translate research into accessible materials, design applied assignments and assessments, ensure inclusivity, collaborate with academic leadership and learning designers, and incorporate current scholarship on culture, trauma, resilience, and environmental influences.

Develop and advise on an upper-division course about applying data systems and investigative technologies to environmental and wildlife crime investigations. Translate professional investigative workflows into student-facing materials, design applied OSINT and records-research assignments, integrate multiple data streams, ensure legal/ethical compliance, and collaborate with academic and design teams to produce accessible online coursework.
