Lead Enrollment growth for applied bachelor programs through direct-to-student recruitment and B2B employer partnerships. Develop data-driven recruitment strategies, manage Salesforce recruitment lifecycle and dashboards, lead and train a recruiter team, negotiate articulation agreements, oversee operations for credit transfer and pre-enrollment, run outreach/events and media engagement, and ensure seamless collaboration with Marketing, Financial Aid, and Student Success.

Develop undergraduate asynchronous course PSYC 2050 in developmental psychology: define scope and outcomes, translate research into accessible materials, design applied assignments and assessments, ensure inclusivity, collaborate with academic leadership and learning designers, and incorporate current scholarship on culture, trauma, resilience, and environmental influences.

Lead day-to-day management and optimization of enterprise software (ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance). Supervise application teams, manage lifecycles, integrations, governance, compliance (GDPR/HIPAA/SOX), vendor relationships, and drive modernization, performance monitoring, and process improvements to ensure applications meet business needs.

Develop two five-week, in-person undergraduate courses (Human Anatomy and Human Physiology). Emphasize visual comprehension, quantitative reasoning, system integration, and real-world applications for health and environmental contexts. Produce clear, student-friendly instructional materials and support hybrid teaching approaches.
