Leads strategic and operational marketing for the university and its colleges, including brand positioning, integrated campaigns, digital marketing, content, audience segmentation, social media, SEO, performance measurement, and vendor management. Supervises staff and partners, manages budgets and timelines, ensures brand and accessibility compliance, and collaborates with institutional leaders to support enrollment, growth, and visibility.

Consult as a subject matter expert to revise asynchronous online courses in restorative leadership and collective resiliency. Collaborate with program directors and learning experience designers to develop curricula, applied projects, and clear student-facing instructions. Apply expertise in psychology, leadership, resilience, systems thinking, trauma-informed practice, organizational or community development, and systems change. Use generative AI tools to enhance learning and workplace performance while supporting the university’s environmental mission.

Leads university financial aid operations, Title IV administration, compliance, quality assurance, audits, reporting, and student service. Supervises the Financial Aid unit, ensures accurate awarding, verification, disbursement, satisfactory academic progress, and Return to Title IV processing, and maintains procedures, controls, documentation, and regulatory readiness. Partners with institutional teams to improve data pipelines, train staff, address student pain points, and support affordability and financial wellness initiatives.
