Consult with Unity Environmental University to revise asynchronous online courses covering sustainable aquaculture, finfish and shellfish cultivation, hatchery and nursery operations, and aquaculture system design and operation. Collaborate with program leadership and learning designers, develop applied course projects, write clear student-facing instructions, and use generative AI to enhance learning and workplace performance.

Leads university financial aid operations, Title IV administration, compliance, quality assurance, audits, reporting, and student service. Supervises the Financial Aid unit, ensures accurate awarding, verification, disbursement, satisfactory academic progress, and Return to Title IV processing, and maintains procedures, controls, documentation, and regulatory readiness. Partners with institutional teams to improve data pipelines, train staff, address student pain points, and support affordability and financial wellness initiatives.
