Develop asynchronous undergraduate course on cross-cultural collaboration: select and design content, create applied assignments on cultural self-awareness, communication, conflict resolution, and trust-building; collaborate with academic leadership and learning designers; ensure inclusivity, cultural humility, and clear student-facing materials for remote learners.

Administer and maintain student financial aid programs and systems, ensure compliance with federal/state/institutional policies, perform needs analysis, packaging, verification, loan processing and certification, counsel staff and students on aid and billing matters, manage communications and documentation, assist in publications and procedure development, perform outreach, and support reporting and record-keeping.

Design and manage development of online courses and micro-credentials using Canvas. Collaborate with faculty and SMEs to create experiential, accessible learning activities, evaluate course performance with student data, lead trainings, manage development schedules, ensure Quality Matters alignment, and support continuous course improvements and accessibility standards.
