Collaborate with the in-house AI team to build delivery tools, support business development, and build a high-performing transactions tax team with partnership potential.

Lead and grow Unity Advisory's Deals practice, originating and delivering high-impact PMI, carve-out, and value-creation engagements for PE and corporate clients. Shape AI-enabled propositions and operating models, coach senior teams, drive business development and market presence, and collaborate with leadership to scale the firm and its service offerings.

Design and own end-to-end data architectures for finance clients: modelling, pipelines, governance, lineage, and cloud platforms to support analytics and production AI. Lead architecture decisions, mentor engineers, set standards, and ensure secure, auditable, cost-aware data estates that enable RAG, feature stores, and reliable reporting.

Lead and deliver M&A value-creation engagements including PMI, carve-outs, synergy development, and due diligence for PE and corporate clients. Drive origination, build AI-enabled operating models and toolkits, coach teams, manage programs, and represent the firm externally while helping scale the business toward Partner-level progression.
