Lead day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding, payroll, benefits, absence management, and employee relations. Maintain and structure the HRIS, turn people data into actionable insights, build scalable HR processes, and act as first point of contact and trusted advisor for employees and managers in a fast-growing, collaborative firm.
