Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth private clients, providing income tax, CGT and IHT advisory and compliance, handling self-assessment returns and HMRC correspondence, supporting partners on residency, succession and transactional matters, driving technology and automation improvements, and contributing to business development.

Provides office management, executive assistant backup, recruitment coordination, onboarding logistics, KYC administration, invoicing, expense review, procurement, and systems administration. Maintains candidate pipelines, schedules interviews, prepares meeting materials, manages confidential documents, and supports stakeholders across Talent, Operations, and Executive Assistant teams. Identifies process gaps and improves workflows, documentation, reporting, and follow-up.

Lead finance transformation workstreams advising CFOs; design operating models; redesign R2R, P2P, O2C and FP&A processes; implement cloud ERP/EPM, automation, data and analytics platforms; drive adoption, run executive workshops, ensure on-time delivery, coach teams, and support proposals and thought leadership.
