Support auto and property claim intake and administration: validate FNOL and coverage, maintain claim files, obtain statements and estimates, coordinate inspections and adjusters, prepare damage summaries, submit pay requests, and communicate claim status while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Must be 18+ and have basic English.

Support and promote workplace safety by conducting onsite audits, maintaining inspection and incident records, delivering safety training, advising employees, ensuring OSHA and DOT compliance, and supporting safety initiatives across divisions.

Provide administrative and accounting support for projects: accounts payable, billing, data entry, scheduling, meeting coordination, project tracking (schedules, budgets, hours), documentation, and office tasks to ensure deadlines and project frameworks are met.

Performs outdoor utility construction tasks: trenches, backfills, compacts, pulls communication and fiber optic cables, replaces sod, and operates hand and power equipment. Works as part of a construction crew on cable and conduit installations.

Manage day-to-day project operations, coordinate with customers, field technicians and senior management, oversee financials and reporting, define scopes for large projects, ensure policy and safety adherence, provide status updates and customer follow-up, and resolve technical and personnel issues.

Perform aerial and underground fiber cable installation and splicing, lead field crews, troubleshoot and repair fiber using OTDR/OSAM/fusion splicer and other test equipment, maintain splice documentation and maps, perform aerial/underground construction tasks, be available for standby and travel, and follow safety and permitting requirements.

Oversee day-to-day project operations in a high-volume environment, coordinate with customers and internal teams, manage multiple projects, track financials and reporting, ensure policy and safety compliance, provide regular status updates, define scopes for larger rollouts, mentor technicians, and travel up to 50%.
