Lead/foreman field tasks, use fusion splicers and OTDR/optical test equipment, manage documentation, perform site construction (poles, conduits, vaults), standby rotations, frequent travel, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Supervise daily underground drop/bury operations to ensure work meets customer specifications. Assign and code jobs, distribute work, perform QC on contractors (minimum 10%), manage fleet vehicles and phones, and carry out hiring, performance management, and problem resolution. Requires map-reading, cable-installation knowledge, and passing pre-employment background and drug screens.

Manage day-to-day project activities including technician scheduling, customer communication, financial monitoring, reporting, and enforcing safety and company policies. Train and mentor teams, troubleshoot project issues, assist budgeting, and collaborate with senior management on scope and rollouts. Up to 50% travel required.

Manage day-to-day operations of multiple installation and service crews for multi-dwelling properties. Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and customer expectations. Lead and coach field teams, oversee production reporting and billing, enforce safety/OSHA compliance, partner with customers, and support special projects and operational initiatives.
