Manages high-volume, full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding. Supports employee relations, HR operations, compliance, benefits coordination, performance reviews, corrective actions, terminations, and workforce administration. Partners with hiring managers, division leadership, and corporate HR to execute HR processes, maintain talent pipelines, address employee inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation in a fast-paced field environment.

Supports office and accounting operations through data entry, billing, invoicing, reporting, and administrative tasks. Coordinates project schedules, budgets, deadlines, meetings, documentation, calendars, and follow-up actions. Provides general office support, maintains project records, prepares presentations, and helps ensure projects comply with established frameworks, safety requirements, and company policies.
