Oversee aerial and underground crews, ensuring quality customer service and installation work. Supervise plant upgrades, commercial coaxial and fiber installations, new-build coaxial and fiber projects, and residential cable products and services. The role also serves customers, performs installations, coordinates field work, and ensures assignments are completed effectively under pressure.

Performs outdoor utility construction work, including trenching, plowing, placing communication and fiber optic cables, installing conduits, pulling wire, backfilling and compacting trenches, and restoring sod. Uses hand tools and power equipment while working cooperatively with construction crews and following safety requirements.

Supports office and accounting operations through data entry, billing, invoicing, reporting, and administrative tasks. Coordinates project schedules, budgets, deadlines, meetings, documentation, calendars, and follow-up actions. Provides general office support, maintains project records, prepares presentations, and helps ensure projects comply with established frameworks, safety requirements, and company policies.
