Manages corporate partner relationships and campaign portfolios for United Way. Designs fundraising and engagement strategies, supports revenue growth, presents to employees and executives, coordinates campaigns and events, tracks results in CRM systems, and supports volunteer and community initiatives. The role requires strong communication, organization, relationship management, public speaking, collaboration, initiative, and commitment to community service.

Lead UWSA's public policy and advocacy work: monitor and analyze legislation, develop policy recommendations and advocacy materials, build relationships with officials and partners, coordinate coalitions and public funding strategy, communicate policy positions, track outcomes, and align policy efforts with community impact priorities.

Support day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, and transaction documentation. Assist with monthly reporting, budget tracking, financial analysis, audit preparation, and process improvement. Gain hands-on experience with accounting systems, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while receiving mentorship from finance staff.
