Provides help desk and technical support for hardware, software, printers, network connectivity, Microsoft 365, endpoints, cloud platforms, and audio-video systems. Supports employee onboarding and offboarding, cybersecurity controls and training, system documentation, online giving platforms, and campaign materials. Troubleshoots and documents issues, assists staff and volunteers, and maintains technology infrastructure in a nonprofit office environment.

Supports grant accounting for federal, state, and private grants by maintaining contracts, preparing billings, invoices, payables, financial reports, journal entries, reconciliations, compliance documentation, and audit materials. Coordinates subcontractor payments, vendor setup, budgets, payroll and general ledger transactions, fiscal year-end close, and program reviews. The role also assists with stakeholder updates, reporting processes, front desk coverage, and occasional local, state, and national business travel.
