Manages a portfolio of high-value prospects and donors, advancing relationships toward principal gift solicitations and commitments. Identifies and qualifies high-net-worth prospects, develops donor strategies, coordinates engagement and stewardship events, maintains donor records, and collaborates with senior leadership, volunteers, research teams, and events staff to support fundraising goals.

Manages 211 Texas information and referral operations, supervising specialists and team leads, coordinating staffing and schedules, monitoring call quality, providing coaching and performance feedback, and supporting training and certification. Answers calls weekly, handles escalated cases, represents the program with internal and external partners, supports outreach and disaster response, and provides rotating after-hours supervisory coverage. The role also prepares reports, manages special projects, and ensures compliance with professional service standards.

Creates and manages branded visual and written communications for Community Impact initiatives. Responsibilities include graphic design, copywriting, storytelling, campaign asset development, digital content, social media, web, email, presentations, photography, video, and multimedia production. The role manages creative projects from concept through delivery, maintains brand systems and asset libraries, collaborates with internal teams and external vendors, and translates complex programs and outcomes into accessible, audience-focused communications.

Design, configure, and maintain the organization's Salesforce CRM within a Scrum team. Build custom objects, flows, automations, and integrations; support data quality and ETL processes; create documentation and training; collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, vendors, and data teams to deliver functional increments and roadmap improvements.

Answer incoming 2-1-1 helpline contacts (calls/emails/texts/chats), assess needs, provide referrals to social service agencies, perform follow-ups, maintain meticulous documentation, conduct outreach and collaboration with community partners, and participate in task forces and outreach events.

Provide weekend (Sat–Sun, 7 PM–7 AM) supervisory oversight of 211 helpline Call Specialists: manage staffing and schedules, monitor quality against Inform USA standards, coach staff, provide technical support, handle high-volume calls and referrals to health and human services, and support disaster response and special projects.

Provide high-accuracy administrative support for the 2-1-1 Helpline: phone routing, data entry, scheduling, invoicing, calendar and deliverable tracking, meeting logistics, reports and materials, project coordination, and support for events and special projects while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
