Manage and grow employee giving campaigns by building donor relationships, strategizing campaign plans, recruiting and managing volunteers, soliciting and stewarding donors, tracking campaign results and reports, identifying prospects, and using Andar CRM. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to support fundraising initiatives.

Support development and execution of education initiatives including research, community engagement, policy analysis, grant monitoring, and investment processes. Staff Impact Council volunteers, maintain community partnerships, manage agency campaigns, and oversee EDEN Place and Future Bound Miami programs. Attend community events, prepare reports and promotional materials, and provide technical assistance for program implementation and evaluation.

Lead accounting operations and controllership for the organization and subsidiaries: manage general ledger, close process, reconciliations, financial statements, audits, grant fiscal administration, budgeting, internal controls, ERP/accounting systems, and a high-performing accounting team while partnering with the CFO on strategic initiatives.

Manage 5–9 Early Head Start classrooms, oversee program implementation to Head Start standards, supervise staff, ensure licensing/health/safety compliance, engage families and community, manage enrollment and reporting, and support curriculum and center operations.
