Support development and execution of education initiatives including research, community engagement, policy analysis, grant monitoring, and investment processes. Staff Impact Council volunteers, maintain community partnerships, manage agency campaigns, and oversee EDEN Place and Future Bound Miami programs. Attend community events, prepare reports and promotional materials, and provide technical assistance for program implementation and evaluation.

Lead and manage the communications team to develop and execute strategic corporate and executive communications, media relations, social media, crisis communications, storytelling, and thought leadership. Produce and approve high-impact content, coach leaders for public appearances, and drive reputation management to advance organizational priorities and fundraising.

Manage a portfolio of 100–125 major donors ($10,000+), cultivate, solicit, and steward gifts; conduct 15–20 donor meetings monthly; collaborate with volunteers and staff; use CRM (Andar) and reports to drive fundraising and maintain data integrity; represent United Way at events.

Provide client-centered case management for veterans, transitioning service members, and military families. Conduct needs assessments, develop and monitor care/service plans, coordinate referrals, perform crisis intervention, advocate for clients, complete case documentation, and conduct community or home visits. Maintain knowledge of community resources and participate in organizational crisis response as needed.

Manage 5–9 Early Head Start classrooms, oversee program implementation to Head Start standards, supervise staff, ensure licensing/health/safety compliance, engage families and community, manage enrollment and reporting, and support curriculum and center operations.

Lead major gift fundraising by managing a portfolio of donors ($10,000+), developing individualized cultivation/solicitation/stewardship plans, conducting donor meetings and site visits, documenting activity in CRM, identifying and qualifying new prospects, designing outreach strategies, collaborating with internal teams to align funding and storytelling, and shaping major gifts strategy to meet annual revenue goals.
