One-year fellowship supporting integrated performance science across U.S. Soccer programs. Duties include athlete profiling, testing, monitoring, data management, dashboarding, translating research into practice, assisting education initiatives, and using VALD and athlete management technologies to generate actionable insights for coaches and multidisciplinary staff.

Lead end-to-end editorial, production and distribution of the U.S. Soccer Podcast. Plan episodes, book guests, record and edit audio/video, produce multi-platform assets, manage live and on-location productions, develop scalable workflows, drive audience growth and KPIs, coordinate stakeholders and partners, handle logistics and budgets, and report performance while preserving editorial quality and partner objectives.

Designs and executes U.S. Soccer's safeguarding learning framework, creating e-learning, micro-learning, instructor-led and blended programs, awareness campaigns, and ToT models. Integrates safeguarding into existing education pathways, evaluates effectiveness, builds member capacity, and collaborates across teams to deliver age-appropriate, trauma-informed safeguarding education across the soccer ecosystem.

Lead CRM strategy and execution to drive personalized, multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, paid). Own segmentation, automation, measurement, and integrations across CRM, CDP, and analytics. Mentor lifecycle marketing manager, collaborate cross-functionally, and optimize campaigns to grow engagement, retention, ticket sales, memberships, and sponsorship revenue.

Lead applied sport scientist for a Nike-funded Performance Innovation Lab. Design and run applied research, build longitudinal biomechanical datasets, deliver athlete biomechanical assessments, develop standardized protocols and data governance, evaluate technologies, support national teams and Nike athletes, and translate findings into practical guidance for coaches and performance staff.

Own the Salesforce platform roadmap and backlog as product manager. Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate Agile ceremonies in JIRA, manage projects end-to-end, coordinate admins/developers/vendors, deliver integrations, and establish governance for data integrity, user adoption, and change management while partnering with advancement, finance, and program teams.
